LeadInbox is run by a small team at DeskLink AI. There is no ticket queue and no contact form that disappears into a void — email reaches us directly.
Email us
We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. That is a target we hold ourselves to rather than a contractual guarantee — replies can take longer over weekends and public holidays in the UK and the UAE.
We do not run a phone line for support. Everything is handled in writing so the history stays attached to your account, which is the same reason LeadInbox exists in the first place.
What to use it for
One address covers everything below. Naming the topic in your subject line gets it to the right person faster.
Support
Something is not syncing, a channel disconnected, or the app is behaving oddly. Include your workspace email and, if you can, the account or conversation involved — it saves a round trip.
Sales and plans
Questions about Starter versus Growth, how connected accounts are counted, or whether a channel you rely on is supported. We are happy to answer before you sign up.
Billing
Invoices, plan changes, extra accounts, cancellations and refunds. Existing customers can handle most of this themselves in the billing settings linked below.
Press and partnerships
Media enquiries, integration proposals and anything involving the wider DeskLink AI team.
Security
Suspected vulnerabilities and security questions. Put “Security” in the subject line and we will route it straight to an engineer.
Before you write, you may not need us
- Documentation — connecting channels, the REST API, webhooks and the iframe embed.
- Billing settings — existing customers can change plan, add or remove accounts, download invoices and open the Stripe customer portal from inside the app.
- Pricing — plan comparison and the most common billing questions.
- Security — how data is isolated, where credentials live, and how to report a vulnerability.
